By using the Sierra Action Planner & Projection (the "Planner") or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
The Planner is a free planning tool that generates an interactive 10-phase roadmap and projected timeline for a custom log home project based on the information you enter. Creating an account saves your plan to the cloud and keeps it in sync across your devices.
The Planner's projections, phase durations, task lists, and reports are general planning guidance. They are not architectural, engineering, financial, legal, or construction advice, and they are not a schedule commitment by Sierra Log & Timber. Take your plan to your builder, lender, and local authorities and adjust it to the reality of your project. You are responsible for decisions made using the Planner.
Accounts are created with your email address and a one-time sign-in code. By creating an account you consent to receive emails from Sierra Log & Timber about your saved plan and related products and services, such as progress-based guidance and reminders when your plan is inactive. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect your saved plan. The optional monthly summary email is only sent if you select it.
You keep ownership of the information you enter into the Planner. You grant us permission to store and process it to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not enter information you do not have the right to share.
Do not misuse the Planner: no unauthorized access attempts, no interference with the service, no use that violates the law, and no automated scraping of other users' data.
The Planner is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; if we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you.
The Planner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sierra Log & Timber is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for project costs, delays, or losses arising from use of the Planner. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Planner, which is zero for the free tool.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
