Privacy Policy

Sierra Action Planner & Projection, operated by Sierra Log & Timber (loghomefloorplans.shop). Effective date: July 7, 2026.

This policy describes what we collect through the Sierra Action Planner & Projection tool, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar United States state privacy laws.

What we collect

• Account information: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code and to sync your plan across devices.
• Plan information you enter: owner name, jobsite address or parcel ID, project dates, phase adjustments, task checkmarks, and notes.
• Usage information: plan progress milestones (for example completing a phase), the floor plan model you arrived from, and marketing attribution tags (UTM parameters) from the link you used.
• Local storage: the planner stores your plan in your browser's local storage so it works offline and before you create an account. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

• To save and restore your plan and keep it in sync across your devices.
• To email you about your saved plan and related Sierra Log & Timber products and services, such as progress-based tips, reminders when your plan has been inactive, and, if you opt in, a monthly summary of what is due. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To connect your plan with your purchase history on our store, for example to recognize Design Package owners.
• To operate, secure, and improve the planner.

Who processes it

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers to run the planner, each processing data on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Shopify (our store), GoHighLevel (email and customer relationship management), and Resend (email delivery).

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
• The monthly summary email is separate and only sent if you check that option; uncheck it any time in the planner.
• Use the planner without an account: your plan then stays only in your browser.
• Reset Planner & Clear All Data removes your plan from your browser and, when signed in, clears your cloud plan.

Your rights (California and other US states)

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, no opt-out of sale or sharing is required.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@sierralogandtimber.com from the address associated with your plan. We will verify your request using that email address and respond within the time required by applicable law.

Retention

We keep your plan while your account is active so the tool can do its job. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove your plan and related records from our systems and instruct our service providers to do the same, except where retention is required by law.

Children

The planner is intended for adults planning construction projects and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you by email.
