Sierra Action Planner & Projection, operated by Sierra Log & Timber (loghomefloorplans.shop). Effective date: July 14, 2026.
This policy describes what we collect through the Sierra Action Planner & Projection tool, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar United States state privacy laws.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use service providers to run the planner, each processing data on our behalf: Supabase (database, sign-in, and photo and document storage), Vercel (hosting), Shopify (our store), GoHighLevel (email and customer relationship management), and Resend (email delivery).
Jobsite photos are stored with our hosting provider (Supabase) at unguessable web addresses. These links are not listed or searchable, but anyone who has an exact link can view that photo, so please avoid uploading photos you would not be comfortable sharing with your builder or lender. Our staff can view your photos in our internal support tools to help you with your plan. Deleting a photo in the planner removes it from our storage; using Reset Planner & Clear All Data, or asking us to delete your data, removes all of your photos.
Project documents (such as site plans, permits, and contracts) are stored privately with our hosting provider (Supabase). Unlike photos, they are not reachable by link: each download uses a short-lived, expiring link generated only for you while you are signed in. Our staff can access your documents in our internal support tools to help you with your plan. Deleting a document in the planner removes it from our storage; using Reset Planner & Clear All Data, or asking us to delete your data, removes all of your documents. Please only upload documents you have the right to store, and avoid uploading other people's personal or financial information that you are not authorized to hold.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, you grant us access through Google's own consent screen using the least-privilege calendar.app.created scope. This lets us create and manage only a "Log Home Build" calendar that we create in your account — we cannot read, edit, or even see your other Google calendars or events. We use it solely to place your build's phases and milestones on that calendar and keep them in sync as you update your plan. We store an encrypted Google refresh token to keep the calendar updated; we never store the contents of any other calendar. Disconnect at any time from the planner (which deletes the "Log Home Build" calendar and revokes our access) or from your Google Account's security settings. Sierra Log & Timber's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, no opt-out of sale or sharing is required.
You can delete your account and its data yourself at any time: in the mobile app, open Settings → Delete account; on the web, sign in and use the account controls. Deleting removes your plan, photos, files, saved reports and purchase records from our systems. To exercise any other right, or to request deletion by email instead, contact info@sierralogandtimber.com from the address associated with your plan. We will verify your request using that email address and respond within the time required by applicable law.
We keep your plan while your account is active so the tool can do its job. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove your plan and related records from our systems and instruct our service providers to do the same, except where retention is required by law. Uploaded photos and documents are deleted when you remove them, when you reset your plan, or when we fulfil a deletion request.
The planner is intended for adults planning construction projects and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we materially change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where required, notify you by email.
